Job Summary:
We are looking for a German-speaking Call Center Representative to join our customer service team. In this role, you will support German-speaking customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing product or service information via phone, email, or chat. The ideal candidate is fluent in both German and English, customer-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, and chats from German-speaking customers
- Provide clear, accurate, and timely information about products, services, orders, or accounts
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary
- Maintain accurate customer records and notes in the CRM system
- Meet individual and team performance goals (e.g., response time, satisfaction ratings)
- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
Requirements:
- Fluency in German (C1/C2) and proficient in English
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with computer systems, CRMs, and customer service tools
- High school diploma or equivalent (higher education is a plus)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in technical support, e-commerce, or sales (depending on industry)
- Knowledge of tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or Freshdesk
